Chamber cleaning machines for the sector laboratory (series 22, 25, 26, 28 and 38) offer a single level or a two/three levels operation mode. An incorporated drying unit is available as an option. The cleaning machine can either be operated with a telescopic rack support for the upper treatment level(s) or with two or three racks in a stack (without utilization of the upper telescopic rack support). A washing temperature up to 93°C and a drying temperature up to 110 °C is possible. On request, special washing chamber heights and the execution in customized stainless-steel quality are available. The capacity of the cleaning and disinfection machines can be increased with a separate dedicated hot air-drying cabinet.

Chamber cleaning machines for the sector Pharma/GMP (series 26-PH, 28-PH and 38-PH) are manufactured according to cGMP, GAMP and FDA guidelines. Pharmaceutical cleaning machines feature for instance a dead leg free chamber design with radiused corners and electrically polished washing chamber, pharmaceutical grade self-draining recirculation pumps and orbitally welded piping with TriClamp or aseptic sterile flanges. All non-stainless-steel parts are FDA approved. State-of-the-art SPS controllers (e.g. Siemens S7) and data acquisition according to 21CFR Part 11 guidelines are standard features. Extensive documentation and IQ / OQ support including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) are available.
