The quality and security of our products are a top priority. If you identify an actual or suspected security vulnerability in a product of Adolf Kühner AG, please report it to us without delay.

To enable us to assess and process your report as quickly as possible, please provide the following information where possible:

• Affected product and model
• Serial number
• Firmware or software version used
• Description of the security vulnerability or observed behaviour
• Date and time the vulnerability was identified
• Potential impact of the vulnerability
• Contact details for follow-up questions

We kindly ask you not to publicly disclose information about a suspected security vulnerability before we have had the opportunity to investigate it and, where necessary, take appropriate action.

Upon receipt, your report will be reviewed by Adolf Kühner AG and handled in accordance with our process for managing product security vulnerabilities. If necessary, we will contact you for further information.
