With the 3L-vessel module of our SB10-X orbital shaken benchtop bioreactor, users can perform cell cultivations in single-use bags in small working volumes ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 Liters. The 3L-vessel module is perfectly suited for all types of cell culture processes, including perfusion workflows. The small working volume allows very cost-efficient perfusion processes since the consumption of costly cell culture media is kept at a necessary minimum.

The SB10-X bioreactor system can be employed in research, process development or as a pilot scale bioreactor and is for instance applied in the areas of vaccine and antibody production, gene therapy, stem cell cultivation, and artificial meat production. With the 3L-vessel module of the SB10-X we complete our orbital shaken bioreactor (OSB) series from 1.5 Liters to 2500 Liters working volume.
