For decades, the American HARRIS freezers from Asheville U.S.A. are known for innovative and reliable freezing systems. At the beginning of the 2000s the freezers were sold to a larger laboratory equipment manufacturer. Meanwhile, Adolf Kuhner AG has the HARRIS range manufactured as an OEM by a leading system provider with the usual technical reliability. HARRIS offers products and services in the sectors life sciences, health and cold chains/cold-storage rooms. The product range includes freezers for laboratory and medical applications, ultra-low freezers, freezers for blood banks and medical equipment.

In the Swiss market, Adolf Kühner AG takes over the distribution of the ultra-low freezers (HAHL series) of the HARRIS brand. The capacity of the offered freezers ranges from approx. 400 L (HAHL398S) to 1000 L (HAHL1008S).

With our portfolio of shaking machines and our range of labEquip products we are able to provide every main device required for cell cultivations: from ultra-low-temperature freezers to incubator shakers, and then to orbital shaken bioreactors for scale-up and production of your target molecule. For downstream processing, we offer suitable centrifuges and freeze-dryers. And, finally, we provide autoclaves for sterilization and decontamination.
